Cara (Julianne Moore) is a forensic psychiatrist who discovers that his patient, Adam (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), is afflicted by problems of multiple personality. The disturbing fact is that all the personality of the man appear to have been victims of brutal assassinations. Supernatural phenomenon? Hallucinations?
