Criss Angel , pseudonym of Christopher Nicholas Sarantakos ( Long Island, December 19 1967), is a magician , actor and musician U.S. .
Angel has lived in East Meadow and New York , is of Greek descent. Angel grew up loving the music (played drums and flute), and has always been interested in magic . His parents are John and Dimitra Sarantakos Sarantakos. He has two brothers, Costa and JD, is very fond of her cats (Minx and Hammie) sometimes uses in his magic numbers. Criss was greatly influenced by his father who died of stomach cancer. [1]
Criss began to take a serious interest the magic age of six when his Aunt Stella showed him a trick. Angel will rely heavily on two great magicians Harry Houdini and Aldo Richiardi . As a boy Criss was performing at birthday parties, night clubs and at home with family and friends. Was a member of a band called AngelDust with friend Klayton Scott, who among other things, produced, wrote and arranged the music of his TV show Mindfreak.

Criss Angel Mindfreak

Criss Angel is the star and author of the television show Mindfreak , whose first season aired from June 20 2005 network A & E Network , while in Italy is aired on Sky channels 146-147 of GXT / GXT +1 . [2] . The first and second seasons were shot in Las Vegas at the Aladdin hotel. The third season at the Luxor Hotel. His most famous numbers were: walk on water, fly from one building to another, to remain Luxor hotel in mid-air, be cut in half, to wipe out a Lamborghini , survive an explosion close to C4. Apparently Criss is currently shooting its fourth season beginning in October and is expected to continue for another two seasons.
A curiosity about the third season of Mindfreak is that during a performance in which he had to flee from a car before it crashed and exploded, Criss quickly fell in and landed badly on the neck and the show stopped for two weeks pending the full recovery illusionist.
